Dave, do not fear! I have 2 Troy ounces of alaskan gold set to be delivered tomorrow or the next. We shall speak of them once I have received them and screened the nuggets for size. I will assay one small nugget from each ounce to provide a statement as to the quality of this gold.

By the way, that young lady who was selling gemstones? was actually selling real gemstones. The blood red 18c ruby just assesed at $3,450 from a professional jeweler. He wanted to buy it! I assume he assesed it at a low value. All the gems I purchased from her,5 in total plus the trillian cut rasberry garnet with 2pts of diamonds set in 10K gold ring for about $127 or so, are real. Not lab grown, not glass, but real gems, some with slight defects in the table portion of the cut (The heat ruby for instance) but absolutely genuine! It was a mineralologists DREAM auction!

To put it lightly, I can live with the glitches because the gold here is of unequalled quality and the people that come here are not animals. I have ventured beyond the great valley and you must trust me when I say, the food is good right here! *LOL*

yea guys so far I have made about 60.00 in the past 7 years for listing fees from this site, I havent charged much at all to anyone, I have continued to work on and develop the site on my own nickle. There are some pretty cool things still coming and then when it all done I will start charging fees. Now I just hope I can find some gold to put up for sale in the off season!!

Place them in the classified ad section for "buy it now" items. There doe's not appear to be any listing, etc. fees.

It appears that I can stay logged in longer now. My prevous post was made at 5:07 PM pmt. I am still getting overlapping text, such as the log in page (user name and password box are overlapped)for the forum. and on this page, the member information on the left is over lapped.

format has changed i want to sell some mini high bankers with and without trommels and some power sluices as a buy it now , not auction do i just list it in the ad section how much does it cost for ad and listing and final sale of the item and how do i pay you doug baldwin told me about your site he sells alot of gold on and you site and he saw my listings on ebay and sugested i use gold bay this is the third time i have sent this message help me out thanks george eure ghehci@gmail.com

Thanks for the concerns, but this was nothing at all to do with any kind of compromise, attack, or malicious intent.

The script which checked if one had logged in recently was referring to the last login time, which is apparently not to be confused with the latest login time. Now it checks the online list and will not interfere with the session of anybody who is currently online.

I've been working with computers since the IBM system 32... A Mini that was the size of a 275 gal oil tank and had more copper and glass vacume tubes than the space shuttle (Jk) The fact is, anyone online has a provider who has a firewall set up between you and his main trunk onto the net (Usually fiber o) but the point I want to make is Viruse's are pretty much a thing of the past for most of us. I pay $49.50 a year to keep my server fully firewalled and it even calls my phone when it detects port attacks or has quarantined an email. There is virtually no way a person can get past the public side of my server, aside from the fact that it is on an entirely different machine and must go through my firewall as well... I feel 99.999 % confident that I am safe. Of course nothing is perfect. But being close to perfect is OK with me. As for Gold Bay having a virus, I can only suggest that all incomming and outgoing packets be scanned and the system should run a full scan and backup nightly. As chief network engineer for the NH Dept of Justice, I can say that if you do this, you will always have a recovery plan. Now I am going to copy this before I post it because I know I am already logged out *LOL*
