We offer what we feel is the best shipping prices in the gold and paydirt industry. We keep our shipping costs as low as we can and use flat rate priority as much as possible. We use a 3rd party postage service that gives us bulk pricing and we pass that along to you!
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase and the price of gold has changed drastically down we then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We can however work with you to come to the best resolution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 24, Midpines CA, 95345.
We are so confident in our return rate (only 4 items in past 10 years) that we will pay shipping both ways.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You can and should have us send you a return mailing label as we will include insurance.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually on the same day that we receive the return.
Sale items (if applicable)
We will honor refunds within 7 days on sales items and at the price you paid.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 4201 N Division Spokane Washington United States 99207.
We do on occasion make errors, but you WANT US TO in most cases as we will go above and beyond to make it right, if you bought a nugget and we are unable to provide it (sometimes our store software will NOT mark an item as sold and it gets repurchased) we will offer to replace your purchase with a larger nugget at no additional cost, or we will talk with you to see what works for you.)
